These Terms of Service explain what we do, what we do not do, and how the services requested through this website are provided.

1. Service Provider
Administrative business support services described on this website are provided by Individual Entrepreneur Anastasiia Chmozh (Tax ID: 345763783), registered in Georgia.
2. Scope of Services
Administrative business support services, including document coordination, liaison with public authorities and financial institutions, administrative assistance with company formation procedures, application support and related business support services.
3. Not Legal or Notarial Services
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, notarial acts, or licensed financial representation. Our role is limited to administrative coordination and support. Where legal or tax advice is needed, you should seek independent qualified counsel.
4. Power of Attorney
Where a power of attorney is required to carry out a requested service, you grant it yourself, in your own name, to a representative of your choosing. The power of attorney remains entirely under your control: you may limit, amend, or revoke it at any time using the same legal formalities used to issue it, independent of our involvement. If you would also like to notify us of a revocation or stop the related work, you can reach us through phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp. The individual who carries out logistics and administrative steps on your behalf may act under a separate arrangement with us; this arrangement does not form part of your relationship with us and does not affect your right to grant, limit, or revoke the power of attorney at your own discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents, and for responding to our requests in a timely manner so that your request can be processed without delay.
6. Fees and Payment
The agreed price for a service consists of two parts, agreed with you individually via phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp before work begins. The first part β the prepayment β is paid before we begin work and covers costs included in the service, such as translation of the power of attorney, third-party service fees, and government or state duties, as well as our fee for processing your application, preparing documents, and communicating with you throughout the process. The second part β the success fee β is a commission payable only once the requested service has been completed successfully. If a government authority or bank refuses the requested service, the prepayment is not refunded, since it covers costs already incurred and work already performed. If the success fee has already been paid, it will be refunded. If it has not yet been paid, we will not require payment of it, even though the refusal was not caused by us.
7. Compliance and Prohibited Use
We do not provide services for the purpose of legalizing unlawful proceeds, evading sanctions, or any other unlawful activity, and we may decline or discontinue a service at any time if we reasonably suspect such use. Where we discontinue a service for this reason, the same payment treatment described in Section 6 applies.
8. Limitation of Liability
We facilitate administrative processes on your behalf but do not guarantee that a government authority or bank will approve any application, account opening, or registration, as such decisions are made solely at their discretion and are outside our control. Our fee for the work performed is due regardless of the outcome, as described in Section 6; only the success fee depends on a successful result.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and the services provided are governed by the laws of Georgia.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes in law, actions of public authorities or banks, or other events preventing performance. We do not guarantee that services can be provided if such circumstances arise.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreement arising from these Terms will first be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia.
12. Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.
